1. Independent project
Vice District is an original, independent roleplay-server concept. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other game publisher. All names, artwork, logos and characters on this site are original works.
2. Nature of the site
This website provides information about the live $VDX token and the wider Vice DistrictX ecosystem. The only official contract is CjYFgHHd9hDg1ZGcKGJhppNmhLfXFXb1qqj9e6UWpump. Verify it before interacting and ignore any token or link using another address. Future product details may change.
3. No offer, no investment
Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy a security or financial product. $VDX is intended as an in-ecosystem utility token. No return, profit, yield or price appreciation is promised or implied.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not be located in a restricted territory or subject to sanctions. You are responsible for determining whether token trading is lawful where you live.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the merch store, impersonate the project, or use its branding to solicit funds. In-server conduct rules are enforced separately.
6. Merch
The store sells items bearing original Vice District and $VDX artwork only. Prices, shipping and fulfilment terms are indicative until the store goes live.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the project team is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, third-party market links or token trading.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the project develops. Material changes will be listed on the Transparency changelog.
